How it works

How to make a remittance?

  • Go to your nearest Bank Pocztowy branch or Poczta Polska outlet. Remember to bring your photo ID and your receiver's details. You will need to prove your identity by presenting a valid photo ID, i.e. your Polish passport or Polish ID card if you are a Polish resident, or your foreign passport, permanent residence permit, or national ID issued by an EU member state if you are not resident in Poland.
  • Give the Bank or Poczta Polska representative assisting you all the transaction details, check the completeness and accuracy of the transaction printout presented to you, give your remittance, and collect the unique reference number assigned to your transaction.
  • Give the receiver the reference number. Your remittance may become available for pick-up in as little as 10 minutes!  (depending on the local MoneyGram agent’s opening hours and subject to local regulations)

How to collect a remittance?

  • Take down the reference number you receive from the sender.
  • Go to your nearest Bank Pocztowy branch or Poczta Polska outlet. Remember to bring the reference number and your photo ID. You will need to prove your identity by presenting a valid photo ID, i.e. your Polish passport or Polish ID card if you are a Polish resident, or your foreign passport if you are not resident in Poland.
  • A representative of our Bank or Poczta Polska will verify your identity, check the transaction details, and disburse your money to you.
